Valentine's Eve and Day...warmth and ice

We had an ice storm last night.

Love all of these. I'd heard that Megan and Andy were there! Nice to see the pictures. Everyone home but Katie, or did she make it?

It's kind of sad to see the statues covered in ice. Looks like frozen tears. But I think all the others are beautiful. You are such a good photographer.

We're having the identical ice storm results here. Jacob took some gorgeous shots today and I tried my hand at them too. Lots of ice encrusted branches.

OK, so are these your kids or are there friends mixed in?

I love the icy tree shot. Of course, my computer (because I am on my old laptop) won't load all of them so I can't see all of them but I like what I see so far. Weird how you are further south and got so much ice whereas most of our precipitation resembled icy snow at the most and sometimes regular snow which means we don't have the layer of ice on everything. Plus, it was rather warm here today. Of course, now it's in the mid teens, I think and the road is probably icy.
