Morning Brilliance

This was one of the mornings that my photographic limitations bothered me. I couldn't catch the brilliance and the colors of the ice outside my window. It was like a crystal chandelier hanging, refracting pure light. Glints of red and gold sparkled. It was an amazing site and this photo doesn't do it justice.

Ah, I can understand your frustration but this is still a beautiful shot especially when opened up to the larger size. In the larger size, you can see how the reflections sparkle even more.

Gosh, it's certainly a much better picture than I'd take; I wouldn't be so hard on yourself. And Dali's right; looking at it close-up really captures the sparkle.

This is beautiful. And Dalissa is right, the reflections show up well in the bigger size.
